The Fund is constituted from compulsory monthly deductions made at source from every Government servant, realised through the office of the Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The rate of subscription is fixed according to the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) of the employee, and has been revised from time to time since the Fund's inception, as shown below.

It is clarified that the revised rate shall apply only to those cases where the subscription was deducted at the new rates notified with effect from 1st March, 2021.
