The Provincial Benevolent Fund (Non-Gazetted) is primarily responsible for recovery of subscription of non-gazetted employees from the office of the Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, investment of surplus funds, timely arrangement and disbursement of grants to the District and Tribal District Benevolent Fund Boards, and administration of the welfare schemes launched for non-gazetted Government servants and their bereaved families. The Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the Chairman of the Provincial Board of Management (Non-Gazetted), while the members of the Board are as follows:
